These terms govern your use of the Sinad Labs platform. By using our platform you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Sinad Labs is not a medical practice

Sinad Labs, Inc. is a management services organization. We provide the technology and operational platform through which independent, licensed clinicians and clinician-owned professional entities provide medical care to patients. Sinad Labs itself does not provide medical care, does not employ the clinicians who provide care, and does not interfere with the clinical judgment of those clinicians.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, a resident of a US state where Sinad Labs operates, and able to enter into a binding contract to use our platform.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for safeguarding your account credentials, and for activity that occurs under your account.

4. Clinical services

The clinical services you receive through Sinad Labs are provided by independent clinicians under their own professional and ethical obligations. Your clinician will use their independent judgment to determine what care, if any, is appropriate. The clinician may decline to treat you, refer you elsewhere, or recommend in-person care.

5. Not for emergencies

Sinad Labs is not designed for medical emergencies. Do not use this platform if you are experiencing a medical emergency. Call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

6. Payment

You agree to pay the fees disclosed at the time of your visit. All fees are charged in US dollars. Refund policy is described on our pricing page.

7. Prescription medications

If your clinician prescribes a medication, the medication is dispensed by the pharmacy of your choice and is subject to that pharmacy's pricing and policies. Sinad Labs does not dispense medication.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to access accounts that are not yours, interfere with the operation of the platform, or use the platform to violate any law.

9. Intellectual property

The Sinad Labs name, logos, and platform content are our property or licensed to us. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

10. Disclaimers

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, except for warranties that may not be disclaimed under applicable law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sinad Labs's liability arising out of or relating to your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid Sinad Labs in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of accepting these terms by emailing legal@sinadlabs.com.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
