Eligibility & benefits
Real-time eligibility (270/271) and benefits verification across major payers, integrated directly into intake. Drives our superbill generation and future in-network roadmap.
Revenue cycle management
End-to-end RCM partner integration: charge capture, claim scrubbing, denials management, payment posting, and patient statements. Cash-pay flow automated end-to-end.
E-prescribing & pharmacy
Surescripts-certified e-prescribing. Direct integration with major retail and mail-order pharmacies, plus specialty pharmacy partnerships for GLP-1 and hormone medications.
Lab network
Integrated ordering and structured-result return through national reference labs. Patients choose their nearest draw site at checkout; results land in their portal and the clinician's inbox.
Patient portal automation
Automated portal provisioning, document delivery, and after-visit summaries. Two-way SMS for visit reminders and follow-up nudges, with TCPA-compliant consent capture.
Identity & payments
Government-ID verification at intake. PCI-compliant payments processor with HSA/FSA acceptance. Stripe-grade fraud screening and 3DS where required.

Security & compliance
End-to-end encryption (TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest). Role-based access control with full audit logging. Annual third-party penetration testing. Incident response plan tested quarterly. All vendors that touch PHI operate under signed Business Associate Agreements.
