- Account information: name, date of birth, email address, phone number, mailing address.
- Payment information: processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
- Health information: the information you provide during intake, your visit interactions with our network clinicians, and information from labs or pharmacies you authorize to share with us.
- Device and usage information: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time of visit. We use this for security and to improve the site.
- Cookies and similar technologies: we use first-party cookies for session management and limited analytics. We do not use third-party advertising trackers on pages where you provide health information.
How we use your information
- To provide the platform: route you to a clinician, complete your visit, send you your treatment plan.
- To support clinical care: enable clinicians to review your history, prescribe to your pharmacy, and follow up.
- To bill you for services and process payments.
- To communicate with you about your account, visits, and platform updates.
- To improve the platform, conduct analytics, and ensure security.

How we share your information
We share information only as needed to operate the platform and only with parties bound by appropriate confidentiality obligations:
- Clinicians: the independent nurse practitioners who treat you receive the information they need to do so.
- Service providers: our payment processor, e-prescription vendor, secure messaging platform, lab partners, and similar vendors, all under written agreements that include HIPAA business-associate provisions where applicable.
- Legal compliance: when required by law, court order, or to respond to lawful requests by public authorities.
- Business transfers: in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you.
We do not sell your personal information or your protected health information.
Your rights

Children
Sinad Labs services are not for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
