Insurance & refunds
Sinad Labs does not currently bill insurance directly. We are intentionally cash-pay so we can keep visits fast and prices transparent. If you have insurance with out-of-network reimbursement, we provide a superbill (CPT and ICD codes included) you can submit yourself.
HSA and FSA cards are accepted at checkout.
Refunds
If you complete the intake and our clinician determines you are not a good fit for telehealth, you'll be refunded in full. If you're simply unsatisfied with your visit, contact us within 7 days and we'll work with you.
